holiday rentals and long lets all year round, and located in the
picturesque town of Kato Paphos, close to Paphos harbour
and the Byzantine Castle.

Accommodation is situated on the award
winning complex at Paradise Gardens Phase 1,
the apartment is on the south facing side and
gets the sun from around 10:30 am to sunset.
The apartment sleeps 4/5 people with the use
of a Z bed, fully Air-Conditioned and has a
balcony overlooking the swimming pool, this
is ideal for relaxing in the warm evening
air watching the sunset over the
Mediterranean Sea. |

with it's approximately 320 sunny days of
the year and temperatures generally
only differing between night and day by a
few degrees, with temperatures ranging
between the low 60's in the winter and the
upper 90's in the summer. |

modern motorways connecting to
Limassol, Larnaca, Polis, Aiya
Napa and Nicosia.
The town is only a 15 minute
walk from the Tavernas and bars

from the apartment with the most
popular close to the Alexander
